AD World Signages was entrusted with the prestigious task of installing the Deloitte brand signage at EcoWorld 4D, Bengaluru—a key sky signage export-level project. The execution required high-altitude expertise, precision engineering, and a strong focus on safety. Safety planning was at the heart of this project. From the beginning, we worked closely with JLL teams to ensure all safety measures were properly outlined and approved.

Every team member underwent safety briefing and was fully equipped with high-grade PPEs. We installed life-lines and anchor points before initiating the elevation work.

Secure scaffolding was essential for work at such heights. We implemented controlled ingress/egress paths in accordance with SOPs.

Creating awareness was as important as implementing safety. Our daily briefings and constant monitoring ensured 100% compliance throughout.
Scaffolding shifting & MS material cutting, shifting to terrace.

All materials were handled with care to prevent damage to the building interiors and ensure efficient installation on-site.
Drilling Nut-Bolts & fixing with bolt Solution & fixing baseplates.

- Alignment of baseplates with laser markers
Accurate baseplate positioning laid the foundation for safe and sturdy structural fabrication.
MS tubes cutting and structure & frame fabrication & erection.

Each structural element was fabricated and assembled on-site, ensuring full alignment and adherence to safety standards.
Double coat primer & Silver grey painting.
- Anti-rust primer applied in two coats
- Aesthetic topcoat in silver grey for longevity and brand consistency
Our paint application not only met aesthetic standards but also ensured long-term durability against weather exposure.
Signage back & front Letter installation.
- Mounting of individual channel letters from the rear
- Secure fixing using industrial-grade bolts and screws
- Alignment checks conducted post-installation
The signage was installed letter by letter, carefully aligned and securely fastened to the structural base.
Electrical connection, DB & tray installation.
- Internal wiring for LED lighting
- DB board and cable tray setup
- Final testing of illumination and control systems
The electrical system was integrated to ensure optimal night-time visibility while maintaining safety standards.
Signage Letters Touch-up & final painting.
- Letter alignment verified with visual and laser tools
- Minor paint touch-ups done for a flawless finish
We conducted a final inspection for aesthetics and functionality before concluding the installation process.
Removing scaffolding, Man-catching Net & Lifeline rope.
